This is a refreshing take on classic champagne based cocktails with royal ingredients. It starts with a White Sugar Cube soaked in Grapefruit Bitters with Beefeater 24 Gin carefully poured over the top. After the addition of Grand Marnier and Aperol, it is topped with champagne and served with a lemon twist.

- 0.5 Beefeater 24 Gin
- 1/8th Grand Marnier
- White Sugar Cube
- Grapefruit Bitters
- Bar Spoon Aperol
- Lemon Zest Twist
- 1. Soak white sugar cube with a few dashes of grapefruit bitters and place in martini glass
- 2. Add beefeater and grand marnier to glass
- 3. Top up with champagne
- 4. Then add bar spoon of Aperol. Do not stir
- 5. Finish with a big lemon twist
