Kitchen
Commis Chef
Located near London in Farnborough, North Hampshire, Aviator opened in 2008 as one of the most striking design hotels in recent times.
The stylish design of Aviator is reflected in our Brasserie where our menus place an emphasis on beautiful seasonal ingredients and fresh local produce. We also offer a diverse range of private dining and corporate function menus as well as create delicious dishes for our American themed diner.
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our brilliant and talented team, bringing with them a passion for high quality food and dedication to their craft.
This role is based on a 4-day week.
At Aviator we promote a culture of internal training to enable our employees to develop in their roles. You will learn from an inspirational team of chefs who are keen to share their years of experience with the new generation of up-and-coming chefs.

Sky Bar
Mixologist
At Aviator, we are more than a hotel. We are home to Sky Bar – our destination bar which is renowned for our unique inspired cocktails and delicious afternoon teas.
As Mixologist in Sky Bar, you will step onto “the stage” and captivate our guests with cocktail making and your ability to engage in genuine conversation.
In this role, you will not only focus on bar service but will also enjoy letting your creative juices flow by collaborating with the team to design new cocktails.
Key to this role is previous bar experience, the ability to effectively communicate and a passion for creativity and cocktails.

Brasserie
Food & Beverage Assistant
As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Aviator you will be responsible for ensuring all of our guests enjoy genuine service. You will deliver over a range of services including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
This role includes working evenings and weekends and is based on 40 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be a personable individual, a team player and someone who can also work alone and think on their feet. This is the perfect role for someone who loves customer service and wants to be part of dedicated team working in a unique environment.
