- 1.5 Patron Silver Tequila
- 0.75 Homemade Vanilla Syrup
- 0.75 Fresh Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- Red Chilli (Garnish)

- 1. Shake tequila, vanilla and lime over ice
- 2. Fine strain into chilli rimmed martini glass
- 3. Top up with a little ginger beer
