Created in the Sky Bar by Mike Scott (Bar Manager 2008) for a lady that didn't like whisky, this cocktail soon changed her mind. Glenfiddich 12yr stirred with runny honey and shaken with lemon and apple juice, a dash of vanilla syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.

- 1.5 Glenfiddich 12
- 1 Apple Juice
- 0.5 Honey
- 0.25 Vanilla Syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Apple Sail (Garnish)
- Hide
- 1. Stir honey with whisky until dissolved
- 2. Add rest of ingredients and shake with ice
- 3. Fine strain into martini glass and garnish with apple sail
