Created by our resident mixologist as a summer refresher during Airshow 2010 and ideally served on the terrace watching the sunset over the runway.

"First we lace Fresh Raspberries with Maraschino Liqueur, muddle them together and add El Dorado 3yr Rum, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Cranberry Juice. Finally we shake it with a little bit of Lime Juice and Sugar."

Ingredients / Step by step

  • 5 Fresh Raspberries
  • 1.5 El Dorado 3yr Rum
  • 0.5 St Germain
  • 0.25 Marachino Liqueur
  • 0.5 Lime Juice
  • 0.5 Gomme
  • 2 Blueberry Juice
  • Mint Sprig with Raspberry and 2 Blueberries (Garnish)

  • 1. Muddle raspberries
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients
  • 3. Shake well and strain into ice filled sling glass
