On Friday 15th June, Aviator will host an intimate 5 course Tasting Menu, bound by the Parisian jazz tones of 9 In Common and renowned illustrative artist Emily Forgot. The Tasting Menu, created by Head Chef Luke Wheaton using some of the best food suppliers in the South of England, explores the form of authentic ingredients and local foods with contemporary preparation methods. Suppliers of the evening ingredients include award-winning butchers Turner & Sons, Coopers of Andover, Secretts Farm in Surrey, Watts Farm in Kent and Yun Hider, a forager based in Pembrokeshire who continues to practise a centuries old tradition.
Alongside the 5 course tasting menu, diners will be guided through each accompanying wine by guest experts Fleur McCree - owner of the Vinultra and producer of Little Beauty, and Philippe Larue - Managing Director of l’Art du Vin.
Continuing the evening into the early hours, Sky Bar will host guest DJ and award winning composer Alex Parsons, performing alongside Aviator's resident mixologists Aaron and Ben. Tickets for the Tasting Menu include entry to the Sky Bar after party.
